About the service:
The Medicare Mental Health Services are free and you do not need an appointment referral or Medicare card to visit a Medicare Mental Health Centre. The new services in Devonport Burnie and Outer Hobart are cofunded by the Australian and Tasmanian Governments to provide a streamlined approach to support better mental health and social wellbeing across the country.
The service is tailored to the needs of the community in Tasmania and provides a combination of peerintegrated recovery and clinical support.

Role overview:
The Clinical Manager role has responsibility for the provision of clinical leadership and management to the sitebased team members (excluding the Community Engagement Medical Receptionist and Peer Worker staff).
The focus of this role is on the daytoday delivery of excellence in quality care provision ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are implemented and met as well as working with the Clinical Services Manager and Operations Manager for Tasmania to support innovation and quality improvement for the region to ensure evidencebased outcomes for people accessing the service.
