Summary of Position

We are currently seeking a fulltime .NET developer. This position is in a team that creates and maintains web applications for the Clinical Lab systems at Fulgent. The Web developer will be involved with all parts of the development process including web development database management scripting QA and deployment. The technical stack includes but not limited to ASP MVC C# JavaScript CSS and TSQL for the majority of its current development.

Key Job Elements

• The Web Developer will be involved with all parts of the development process including database management scripting QA and deployment; however the majority of the time will be spent coding.
• Build custom web applications while working in a team environment.
• Develop detailed design specifications for web application code and modules from business and technical requirements.
• Document all development processes.
• System maintenance.
• Potential to upgrade current web application using modern JS frameworks.

Knowledge/Experience

• A Bachelors degree with a major in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 2 years of experience with C# ASP MVC and Entity Framework.
• Experience with SQL.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with modern JS libraries.
• Knowledge of pathology will be a plus.
• Other duties as assigned.
