Job Summary:


The human resources representative is responsible for supporting various HR functions. This position collaborates closely with team members to facilitate key HR processes. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and onboarding managing employee benefits inquiries maintaining employee records facilitating training initiatives and any other tasks given. The HR representative plays a vital role in implementing HR policies and contributing to a productive workplace culture.


Duties:

  1. Support the coordination of recruitment strategies and activities of the organization.
  2. Coordinate with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees based on departmental needs.
  3. Assist in addressing personnel issues by conducting preliminary investigations evaluating potential liabilities and providing support to managers during disciplinary procedures. Offer coaching to help reduce personnel challenges.
  4. Assists in organizational compliance with all human resource related laws.
  5. Assist with management training and/or obtain outside sources.
  6. Participates in the compensation program; participates in annual salary survey monitors market data and provides recommendations to management when appropriate.
  7. Assists in benefits administration including claims resolution and communicating benefits information to employees.
  8. Assist in the administration of the workers compensations program as needed.
  9. Assist in the administration of the performance appraisal program as needed
  10. Promotes effective working relations and work effectively as part of a team to facilitate the Clinics ability to meet its goals and objectives.
  11. Attains all agreed goals and objectives within specified time frames as part of the Clinics overall mission.
  12. Responsibly follows the Clinic Exposure Control Plans/Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens.
  13. Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients families visitors and fellow employees to ensure a professional responsible and courteous environment.
  14. All other duties as assigned.

Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays:

  • Hourly nonexempt employees receive 117 hours of PTO per year.
  • Nine paid holidays per year.

Health Requirements: All employees are required to provide proof of vaccination for Flu Hepatitis B and Tuberculosis (TB) as part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.
