We are seeking a talented Private Client Lawyer with 25 years postqualification experience (PQE) to join our clients esteemed team in Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career with a firm known for its collaborative culture excellent client care and clear progression paths.
About the Role:
You will handle a varied caseload including:
- Drafting wills (simple to complex).
- Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
- Estate administration and inheritance tax (IHT) planning.
- Trust creation and administration.
- Supporting vulnerable clients with deputyship applications.
This role offers exposure to highquality private client work while maintaining a worklife balance.
About You:
- 25 years PQE in private client law.
- Strong technical expertise and attention to detail.
- Exceptional client care and communication skills.
- A team player eager to engage in business development and networking.
- Proficiency in case management systems (experience with LEAP is advantageous).
