Job Description

This is a remote position.

OVERVIEW:

We re seeking a proactive detail-oriented and creatively skilled Digital Marketing & Client Support Assistant to join a fast-growing digital agency that specializes in helping small businesses elevate their online presence. This role is a unique blend of administrative support social media content creation and light client interaction ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible remote-first environment and is excited to contribute behind the scenes while still being client-ready when needed.

You ll support the internal team with both recurring and ad hoc tasks help maintain high standards across client accounts and contribute to the creation of engaging brand-aligned content. This role requires strong organization a collaborative mindset and confidence in working with both creative tools and people.


JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Internal Admin Support

  • Assist the Director with monthly administrative duties including template updates internal documentation and team calendar management.

  • Provide flexible on-demand assistance with workflow organization research tasks and special projects that keep operations running smoothly.

Client Account Support

  • Conduct weekly community management on client social media pages responding to comments DMs and reviews with professionalism and brand consistency.

  • Monitor account activity across Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and Google My Business escalating any issues or opportunities to the appropriate team members.

  • Prepare monthly performance reports and contribute to client case studies that highlight campaign results and strategic wins.

Content Creation

  • Design and schedule monthly social media content (posts graphics captions) for four client accounts ensuring tone layout and visuals align with each brand.

  • Edit short-form video content (e.g. Reels) using CapCut or similar tools including music captions and transitions.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers during content planning to share ideas trends and creative solutions.

  • Be available to support other team members with video editing and creative tasks as needed.



Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in video editing especially for short-form content like Instagram Reels (CapCut Premiere Pro etc.).

  • Proven track record of creating social media content for brands across Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn.

  • Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva.

  • Strong written English and ability to craft clear professional and audience-appropriate content.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); confident in interacting with clients via email or WhatsApp as needed.

  • High attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

  • Experience in executive or personal assistant tasks is a plus.

  • A collaborative team player who is flexible and adaptable in fast-paced shifting environments.

  • Self-starter with the confidence to propose content ideas and process improvements.



TYPE OF POSITION PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

  • Full Time Position

  • Work From Home Set up

  • Can work between 10AM to 6PM AEST

  • Laptop / Desktop (Minimum requirements 16GB RAM i7 processor & Windows 10)

  • Internet Speed (Minimum of 15 MBPS
