Call Center Manager

As a Call Center Manager you are responsible for driving overall performance and results for our Verification and Rehash team! Through coaching and development scripting and strategy implementation you will be vital to the continued growth of our call center department.

About the Role

In this position you will:

  • Oversee daily operations of the verification and rehash team in the call center

  • Schedule direct observation and mentoring sessions to enhance employee performance

  • Manage the lead process conversion rates and schedule utilization

  • Provide ongoing professional development for supervisors to ensure teams continue to meet and exceed metrics

  • Ensure optimal resource distribution to meet call handling and quality objectives

  • Regularly meet with senior management team to align on strategic goals

Key Qualifications

  • 5 years in sales management or leadership role within a call center environment

  • Strong abilities in coaching motivating and guiding highperformance teams

  • Skill in data analysis with an ability to make datadriven decisions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong familiarity with call center technology CRM systems and data management software
