Doggos on Shelomith (Kip Cambridge)

Site Manager (Pet Boarding)

As the leading provider of pet care services across Australia Kip Happy Stays sets the benchmark for excellence ensuring every pet receives the ultimate in care and enrichment during their stay.

At Doggos on Shelomith Kip Cambridge) the Site Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the site. This role blends handson pet care with strategic leadership people management and business operations. Youll lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional pet care ensure smooth daytoday operations an drive site growth and success. Youll enjoy access to support functions within our Head Office were here to help you succeed!

The ideal candidate will be available to work hours between 7am6pm Monday through Sunday rosters can be discussed with shortlisted candidates but typically reflect a fiveday work week inclusive of one weekend day or a nine day fortnight with rotating weekends. Availability to work across all school holiday periods (including Christmas and Easter) is required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead train and inspire a highperforming team to provide bestinclass pet care.
  • Work in the daytoday operations of the site must love dogs!
  • Manage site operations including rostering compliance and facility upkeep.
  • Oversee customer service ensuring positive experiences and efficient bookings.
  • Monitor and drive site financial performance optimising bookings and profitability.
  • Maintain site cleanliness safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Handle pet health concerns incidents and ensure clear communication with pet owners.
  • Manage social media engagement showcasing the Kip experience.

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous paid animal care experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you have a willingness to learn we want to hear from you!
  • Passionate about pet care with a handson approach and a customerfirst mindset.
  • Must have previous experience leading a team of people.
  • Management of site based operations is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven experience providing exceptional customer service.
  • Passion for problem solving and high attention to detail.
  • Time management skills a cando attitude and initiative to exceed outcomes and expectations at high quality.
  • Quick learner and a willingness to get your hands dirty with onthejob experience.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and maintain a cool head under pressure.
  • Competent with computer systems with intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel and Outlook).
