As part of Singapore Operations the Merchant Operations team represents the voice of our merchantpartners advocating for solutions that enhance their experience and success on Grab. We work closely with business verticals (GrabFood GrabMart GrabPay OmniCommerce) as well as product finance and legal teams to drive strategic initiatives that create meaningful impact. Our role is to ensure that hyperlocal nuances are integrated into platform experiences optimizing both merchant and consumer journeys while supporting Singapores business growth and costefficiency goals.
Get to Know the Role
This role ensures a seamless secure and efficient payment experience for merchantpartners on Grabs platforms. You will be responsible for optimizing merchant payment tools driving GTM strategies and designing payment frameworks that support business growth while balancing compliance cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
This role will report to the Manager Merchant Operations and be onsite at Singapore Grab office.
