You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a hospitality establishment ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient inter-departmental coordination. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong background in hotel or serviced apartment management.
Oversee the day-to-day operations across all departments including front desk housekeeping food & beverage maintenance and guest services.
Ensure seamless collaboration between departments to consistently deliver high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective strategies.
Handle guest complaints escalations and crisis situations in a professional and timely manner.
Supervise mentor and train department heads promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to company policies health & safety regulations and hospitality standards.
Assist in budget preparation and cost control working closely with finance and procurement teams.
Ensure optimal use of hospitality management software and systems for smooth operational workflows.
3 5 years of proven experience in hotel or serviced apartment operations preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in hospitality software systems (e.g. Opera Cloudbeds RoomRaccoon) and familiarity with budgeting and reporting tools.
Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
Must currently reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate.
