CollatedanalyzedanddocumentedSalesManagersquarterlyandhalfyearlyperformancedetails.
GeneratedmaintainedandanalyzedSalesQualityandRegionWiseServicereports.
Reviewedhistoryofcurrentreporting.
MonitoredimplementationofMISprocessesandevaluatedtheireffectiveness.
PreparedmonthlyaswellasdailyDashboards
PreparedAuditdataquarterly.
PreparedExecutivewisereportondailybasis
Varioustypesofcutsinthe samedataasCirclewiseclusterwiseZonewiseExt.
Creatingmaintaining&MIS;publishing.
Experiencedinundertakingqualitative/quantitativeforecastinganalysisidentifying
businessrisksandrecommendingeffectivemechanismstoaddress.
ProjectwiseTimesheetAnalysisintermsofrevenuev/scost.
MonthlyFinancialMISreports&MIS;perdaySalesAnalysis.
