Your Impact
As a Technical Lead at Weel youll play a critical role in our Engineering team driving key decisions related to project delivery direction and quality. You will guide the technical trajectory and provide support to a team of skilled developers.
Balancing handson technical expertise with effective people management this role is ideal for someone passionate about building and nurturing an epic team while ensuring the delivery of highquality software.
Your experience in fullstack application development will be invaluable coupled with a solid understanding of how lean development teams operate. Youll work with product managers designers and other areas of our business to produce the best platform possible. We are building for scale and high performance to achieve our product mission of Every expense complete.
Bring your technical expertise and leadership skills to the forefront bringing together a crossfunctional team for maximum impact.
Skills and more of the daytoday
Experience with Python React React Native Django AWS
Leading Engineers managing their growth and uplifting their capability
Reviewing stories and/or tech designs and then code to the task
Pair with other developers for code reviews training or just general collaboration on tasks
Provide feedback on tasks (practicalities options time estimates)
Investigate and resolve complex bugs manage your teams releases and work with business partners on new integrations
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements scope and objectives
Mentor and coach team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Act as a liaison between technical and nontechnical stakeholders translating business requirements into technical solutions
Drive best practices in software development ensuring code quality scalability and maintainability
Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute projects ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
