We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Technical Support Officer to support the design development and implementation of custom solutions within the NetSuite ERP platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders functional consultants and developers to build robust SuiteScripts integrations workflows and automation that supports core business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within NetSuite.
- Develop test and deploy custom scripts (SuiteScript 1.0 / 2.0 / 2.1) workflows and integrations.
- Customize forms dashboards and saved searches.
- Support data migration and system integration efforts (REST/SOAP APIs middleware).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on time.
- Assist in system upgrades and performance tuning.
- Document technical specifications customizations and changes.
- Work within Agile or Waterfall project methodologies as required.
- Ensure alignment with NetSuite best practices and version compatibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Systems Engineering or related field.
- NetSuite certifications (e.g. SuiteFoundation SuiteCloud Developer) preferred.
- 3 years of hands-on NetSuite technical experience.
- Worked with multi-subsidiary / OneWorld environments.
- Strong expertise in SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.0 / 2.1) development.
- Experience with SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST) SuiteFlow SuiteBuilder SuiteAnalytics.
- Proficiency in JavaScript SQL and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with NetSuite integration into external systems (e.g. CRM HR banking APIs etc).
- Familiarity with international/localization customizations (e.g. tax compliance).
- Experience working on full-cycle NetSuite implementations or large-scale customizations.
- Understanding of core NetSuite modules: Financials Procurement Inventory CRM or Manufacturing.
- Ability to analyze and optimize complex processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
