Job Description

  • Technical Leadership:Serve as the on-site technical lead working alongside the client
  • Project Manager to manage customer expectations and coordinate with customers subcontractors.
  • Design & Architecture:Own the overall technical design for Compute Virtualization (Hyper-V) Windows Server OS Active Directory Backup and SQL domains. Contribute significantly to High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation within your areas of expertise.
  • Implementation & Delivery:Lead and execute the implementation configuration testing and handover of Dell Compute Hyper-V Windows Server and Active Directory solutions.
  • System & Application Support:Provide expertise in Windows Server OS management
  • Active Directory administration and application installation support.
  • Issue Management: Proactively identify escalate and manage the resolution of technical issues to the client project team ensuring timely and effective outcomes.


Requirements

Experience:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in senior infrastructure roles with hands-on experience in the specified technologies.
  • Proven track record as a technical lead on complex IT infrastructure projects.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Dell Compute: Proven expertise in Dell server hardware installation and management.
  • Hyper-V: In-depth knowledge of Hyper-V virtualization including clustering networking and storage.
  • Windows Server OS: Strong command of multiple Windows Server versions (e.g.) including roles features and troubleshooting.
  • Active Directory: Expert-level proficiency in Active Directory design implementation GPO management and troubleshooting.
  • Backup Solutions: Familiarity with enterprise-grade backup strategies and technologies.
  • SQL: Understanding of SQL Server environments including basic setup and high-availability concepts.
  • Application Installation: Experience with supporting and troubleshooting enterprise application deployments.
Required Soft Skills:
  • Strong Leadership: Ability to guide technical teams manage stakeholders and drive project success.
  • Excellent Communication: Articulate and clear in both verbal and written communication capable of engaging with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage customer relationships expectations and subcontractor coordination effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Proactive & Organized: Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities.
