Company Overview:Impact Workforce Solutions is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant in the North Charlotte area.
Position Overview:We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Administrative Assistant. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication within the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Pay: $18/hr.Key Responsibilities:- Assist the President with daily administrative tasks and projects.
- Prepare and send out quotes and invoices to clients.
- Perform payroll data entry and assist with related administrative tasks.
- Manage travel arrangements including booking flights accommodations and itineraries.
- Support monthly closing entries and assist with financial recordkeeping.
- Utilize software tools such as QuickBooks Excel and Microsoft Office Suite to perform various tasks.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to facilitate communication and workflow.
Qualifications:- Proficient in QuickBooks Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior administrative experience is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with the engineering field is beneficial.
Schedule:Parttime hours initially with the potential to transition to fulltime based on training and company needs. Typical hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM.
