INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE $28.00$30.00 AN HOUR.

You will troubleshoot and repair various plant equipment to include hydraulic presses furnaces grinders steel prep & coating equipment gear shapers dust & furnace collection equipment and HVAC equipment.
You will perform PMs based on PM schedules and replace worn parts maintain correct fluid levels replace filters and oil and grease equipment. Experience with electrical 480v) mechanical including hydraulics pneumatics and welding. You will support the installation of new equipment rebuilding of equipment and rearrangement of existing equipment. You will work on fabricating workbenches platforms fixtures and carts. You will work with engineering to upgrade existing equipment for enhanced safety functionality and reliability.
* Must have experience with both mechanical & electrical maintenance.
* Must have experience with mechanical power transmission including gearsshaftsbeltschains and motors.
* Experience with hydraulics & pneumatics.
* Experience with 480 volt 3 phase.
* Ability to troubleshoot PLCs servo systems industrial controls motor controls and electric circuits.
* Must be able to operate band saws drill presses bench grinders and welding equipment.
* Must be able to read blueprints and schematics. CAD a plus.
* Experience performing PMs.
