Job Title: Immigration Solicitor
Location: Harrow Greater London
Salary: 3550k DOE
Job Type: FullTime Permanent
About the Role:
We are delighted to be supporting a renowned law firm with its ambitious expansion plans for its Harrow branch. As part of this growth we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Corporate Immigration Solicitor 1 yearPQE to join their established team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forwardthinking firm offering excellent career progression and the chance to work on highprofile cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of corporate immigration matters focusing on sponsor licence applications and Skilled Worker visas.
- Advise clients on the immigration implications of mergers and acquisitions restructurings and other corporate transactions.
- Provide strategic guidance to businesses on maintaining compliance with immigration laws and best practices.
- Draft and review legal documents including sponsorship applications and visa petitions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring a high level of service delivery.
- Keep up to date with changes in immigration law and practice ensuring that advice and guidance to clients are current and compliant.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 1 year PQE.
- Strong experience and knowledge in corporate immigration particularly in sponsor licence applications and Skilled Worker visas.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines under pressure.
- A proactive teamoriented approach with a keen eye for detail.
