Provide system and user support for 3500 users across multiple countries in the Kanadevia Inova Group.
Troubleshoot application issues manage external support cases and ensure smooth operation across environments.
Support integration of new applications and troubleshoot connected interfaces.
Manage user roles permissions and ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties.
Actively participate in Application Ownership meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a committed reliable work ethic.
Accurate independent and proactive with fast comprehension and problemsolving abilities.
Experience in application support; familiarity with IT projects is a plus.
Comfortable working in dynamic innovative environments with a handson approach.
Advanced English skills (spoken and written); German is a beneficial asset.
