Job Description
Were on the lookout for a passionate 3D Animator Supervisor/Lead to contribute their skills to ourPC/Console and mobile game projects.
- Collaborate with the art and design teams to create visually compelling and engaging animations for game characters creatures and objects.
- Establish document and communicate animation pipelines and best practices to ensure consistency across the project team.
- Identify and resolve technical and artistic issues related to animations.
- Coordinate with tools and technology teams to develop the necessary solutions to create the best animations possible.
- Verify the quality of assets in the game and make improvements where necessary to fit technical constraints performance targets and artistic direction.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to review animations and make certain that they satisfy their intended design.
- Meet project timelines and production schedules.
- Guide the animation team and mentor the Animators.
- Animation team management.

Qualifications :
- Highquality portfolio of gamedev relevant Animations preferably with an emphasis on combat animation and stylization.
- Advanced proficiency in 3D animation software and workflows.
- Expert knowledge of keyframe animation principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with other departments.
- Strong ability to understand and follow technical and aesthetic requirements set by the project leads.
- Knowledge of rigging and skinning characters and objects for animation.
- Ability to create and refine character and object animation cycles and loops.
- Strong problemsolving skills to troubleshoot issues with animation in the game engine.
- Knowledge of scripting and programming languages for creating custom animation tools and scripts.
- An excellent understanding of game mechanics to animating characters and objects.
- Being Familiar with Unity and Unreal Engine would be an advantage.
- Effective timemanagement skills and ability to meet deadlines.
