Our Commercial Account Executive role is all about helping midsized companies close experience gaps. We offer a SaaS platform with readytogo experience management (XM) solutions that are perfect for MidMarket businesses. Our team works closely with clients to use these tools effectively improving their customer and employee experiences. In this role youll be key to guiding these companies in making the most out of our platform to achieve their goals and stand out in their industries.

Things Youll Do
- Your focus will be on acquiring new business and selling the Qualtrics platform to Corporate and MidMarket accounts engaging with stakeholders from champions up to Clevel executives.
- You will consult with prospects and clients on their strategic business goals and develop account plans for a set list of target accounts including power maps demand generation and closing strategies.
- You will establish manage and nurture relationships between Qualtrics and senior executives at both client and prospect companies. Internally youll strategise with customer success solutions consultants partners and others on creating demand in accounts and driving senior engagement.
- Maintaining a realtime understanding of Qualtrics solutions and the competitive landscape will be crucial for crafting winbased proposals and pricing strategies.
- Collaboration is key: youll leverage support from your Sales team sales operations legal customer success finance and other departments to best serve your customers.
What Were Looking For On Your CV
- Technology/Software sales experience required.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Mid Market Sales;
- Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in building a qualified pipeline and identifying new opportunities.
- Ability to be curious and ask questions to clients to determine opportunities for impact.
- You engage with clients at all points of the sales cyclefrom prospecting and acquiring clients through demoing the Qualtrics product to negotiating closing and beyond.
- You have the agility to adapt pivot and change your approach based on the needs of your business.
- You partner well with internal teams and bring together internal resources that enable successful closure of deals.
- Fluent English skills.
- Complete Bachelors.
