We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist to support our dynamic team in Italy during a critical phase of integration and expansion. This midlevel role focuses on recruitment talent and team development and HR systems implementation in close collaboration with Group HR.

In this role you will lead endtoend recruitment and talent development initiatives while optimizing HR processes across our organization. You will support company integration efforts by fostering a unified culture and enhancing internal communication. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will ensure our HR systems are aligned with both business goals and industry best practices.
Your tasks 1st part (in max 4 bullets)
- Lead Recruitment Efforts: Drive fullcycle recruitment processes from active sourcing and conducting interviews to negotiating offers and onboarding new employees effectively.
- Optimize HR Processes: Organize and maintain HR data manage personnel costs and streamline workflows to support our rapidly expanding team.
- Facilitate Company Integration: Play a key role in merging companies and fostering a unified culture for our diverse workforce of 100 professionals.

- Manage Compensation & Benefits: Evaluate and design competitive compensation packagesincluding welfare schemes bonuses and benefitswhile collaborating with external payroll providers to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Support Leadership Development: Assist team leaders in enhancing their leadership skills and building highly engaged teams through targeted training and coaching.
- Enhance Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders in both Italian and English to ensure clarity and cohesion across the organization.

- Relevant Experience: Midlevel HR experience in operational and tactical roles with a strong track record in recruitment talent acquisition and HR process optimization.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and proficient English enabling you to liaise effectively at all levels.
- Organizational Expertise: Exceptional organizational skills and a detailoriented approach to managing HR operations and data.
- ProblemSolving & Proactivity: Creative problemsolver with a proactive mindset skilled in sourcing recruiting and retaining top talent while continuously seeking process improvements.
