Position:Student Teacher/Practicum Student (SY 2425 (Elementary)
Department:Elementary Secondary
Location:Watertown Public Schools

- If you are seeking placement in WPS reach out to to get connected with a campus principal to get placed with a cooperating teacher.
Responsibilities:
- Isunder the general direction of a certified teacher or principal providing classroom preparation and small group instruction
- Is involved with understanding and delivery of student individualized education programs
- May attend parent conferences and faculty meetings
- Is an active participant in the school community
- Communicate clearly and effectively with your cooperating teacher
- Consistent reliable and punctual attendance is essential for supervision and instruction of the student
Qualifications:
- Is currently enrolled in at a college/university program leading to educational licensure and/or additional credentialing in education.
