Develop functional and appealing webbased applications with a strong focus on usability
Implement pixelperfect UI from Figma designs
Ensure crossbrowser compatibility and optimize UI for mobile and desktop responsiveness
Write clean reusable and performant JavaScript code
Utilize modern JavaScript features (ES6 such as destructuring async/await closures and prototypes
Work with event delegation debouncing throttling and efficient DOM manipulation
Improve website performance and page speed optimization (Good to Have)
Provide website maintenance updates and enhancements
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to improve UI/UX functionality
Work on CSS frameworks like Bootstrap Tailwind or custom styles
Troubleshoot and debug web applications efficiently
Ensure adherence to web accessibility standards (WCAG ARIA)
Stay updated with modern frontend trends and best practices
Requirements
MustHave:
3 years of experience in frontend development
Strong JavaScript fundamentals (closures prototypes event loop async programming)
Expertise in HTML5 CSS3 (SASS/LESS) and JavaScript (ES6
Handson experience with Figmatocode implementation
Deep understanding of DOM manipulation event handling and performance optimizations
Strong knowledge of CSS Flexbox & Grid for responsive layouts
Experience consuming RESTful APIs from the frontend
Knowledge of crossbrowser compatibility issues and solutions
Familiarity with code versioning tools (Git GitHub GitLab)
Experience with unit testing & integration testing for the frontend
Good to Have:
Understanding of web performance optimisation (lazy loading reducing renderblocking resources)
