This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.
Financials: Deliver sales finance penetration and cross sell targets for the region
Conceptualize and develop marketing initiatives and business development activities to enhance productivity and business volumes
Engagement: Ensure a high degree of engagement of sales fulfilment credit and ops teams in order that focus is always on over delivery of targets
Graduate / Masters / MBA
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Negotiation Skills & influencing skills
Learns Fast/Decisive. Thinks fast. Agile. Adapts to new situations quickly
Can maintain high energy for extended periods of time. Moves fast when required.
