Job Description
Newton Ford South is the fastest growing Ford Dealership south of Nashvilleseeking a motivated and customerfocused Automotive Sales Associate to join our team.
Looking for a career change We hire folks from other industries such as: hospitality (server bartender etc. alternative forms of retail or sales and customer service etc. No retail automotive experience Thats okwell train you!
The estimated salary range for this position is $50000$85000 annually based on performance. There will be training pay for the first 90 days.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding a vehicle that suits their preferences and budget
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our vehicle inventory
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits to customers
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of automotive industry trends
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a sales role preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; in person and overthephone.
- Positive attitude and good work ethic.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced goaloriented environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays.
- Valid drivers license automobile insurance and clean driving record.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to passpreemployment testing to include a background check MVR check and drug screen.
