Job Description

Job Description: Manager Sales Enablement

We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive Senior Manager Sales Enablement to support our frontline sales team. This role focuses on ensuring that sales representatives are equipped with the right tools assets and data to drive successful customer engagements. The ideal candidate will coordinate across departments to streamline processes create impactful materials and align sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Asset Creation: Develop and curate presentations brochures onepagers and other collateral tailored to different stages of the sales process.

Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research and compile insights to inform sales strategies and create competitive advantage.

Sales Operations Support: Provide data analysis curate sales reports and track key metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.

Documentation & Paperwork: Prepare and manage salesrelated documents such as contracts NDAs proposals and quotes ensuring compliance with company policies.

CrossFunctional Coordination: Collaborate with finance operations support and other teams to address presales and postsales needs efficiently.

Sales & Marketing Alignment: Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns with sales ensuring consistent messaging and targeting.

Sales Enablement Tools: Manage and enhance sales enablement tools and platforms to streamline processes and improve access to resources.

Profile Requirements

57 years of experience in sales & marketing operations or a related field.

Proficiency in creating highquality sales materials (e.g. presentations brochures flyers) with attention to design and messaging.

Strong skills in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel Power BI or similar platforms.

Solid understanding of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Bonus: Experience coordinating marketing efforts with sales teams or knowledge of digital marketing tools.
