Job Description

JO&JOE is opening its new hostel in Budapest! And is looking for its next Night Receptionnist.  
Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE by being part of the opening team! The Night Receptionnist will be responsible for welcoming overnight guests and for nighttime duties after the day managers have left.

Why you 

None of these missions will scare you:   

Mission 1: To provide a warm personalised and permanent welcome to customers arriving or booking late by advising them and building loyalty while managing the number of customers. Convey the JO&JOE image through your attitude. 

Mission 2: To be responsible for the establishment after the departure of the day managers and to provide daily activity reports to management. 

Mission 3: To welcome and look after customers from the moment they arrive until they leave in accordance with internal procedures. Inform them about the conditions of their stay the formalities and the services offered by the Open House.

Mission 4: To take into account and anticipate customers needs manage any objections or comments they may have and provide a response as quickly as possible. 

Mission 5: Knowing and applying the establishments safety rules (fire etc. and ensuring the safety of people and property. 

Mission 6: Recording customer reservations and managing telephone calls.   

Mission 7: To apply and justify the Open House pricing policy and help to optimise Revpab (Revenue per available bed) and promote the loyalty program. 

Mission 8: To promote the hotels various services in order to optimise additional sales (concierge services amenities etc.. 

Mission 9: Preparing reports on activities and any incidents that occur during the night and communicating the necessary information to other departments (floors housekeeping technical etc. day teams and other members of his/her department. 

Mission 10: To comply with invoicing and collection procedures and to supervise the preparation and dispatch of various debtor invoices and manage the cash float entrusted to you. 

Mission 11: Responding to customer enquiries. 

Mission 12: During the night you will have to carry out the audit write reports and update the invoicing and group monitoring (no shows etc. in order to pass on the F&B requests in the morning. 


Qualifications :

Because youve got it in you: 

  • Good mood guaranteed without reservation. 

  • A perfectly balanced sense of customer service. 

  • A passion for customer service. 

  • A keen eye for figures and business development. 

  • A desire to learn and develop. 

YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE: 

  • Field of study: Hospitality. 

  • Professional experience: 1 to 2 years minimum. 

  • Languages required: fluent in both Hungarian and English.
