Job Purpose:
As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for Managing existing clients within a
designated territory. Your role will involve driving sales targets developing sales strategies and
ensuring the overall success of the team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales enablement materials.
Conduct visits to educational institutions such as schools colleges and universities
based on generated leads.
Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations of MyClassboard to potential clients.
Maintain consistent followups and successfully close deals.
Achieve specified sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Address customer inquiries promptly and with priority.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Excellent Communication skills Presentable and confident.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Ability to Multitask Prioritize and Manage time effectively.
Ability to selfmotivate and work independently or within the team.
