What You ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a customer service team supporting parts service and warranty operations.
- Resolve escalated issues and ensure every customer interaction is handled with care and urgency.
- Oversee warranty processes pricing strategies and service performance metrics.
- Analyze trends to recommend impactful improvements and costsaving initiatives.
- Partner across departments to enhance processes and service outcomes.
- Develop and mentor staff while maintaining toptier service standards.
What We re Looking For:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years in customer service technical/manufacturing sales or related fields.
- Strong background in parts and warranty especially in the heavy equipment industry.
- Proven leadership with a passion for coaching and performance management.
- Experience with continuous improvement (Lean 5S Kaizen) and pricing strategy.
- Techsavvy and metricsdriven with excellent communication skills.
