Adult & Child Health is an integrated healthcare provider in Central Indiana. We are a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center and a Federally Qualified Health Center look alike; we strive to provide the best in healthcare services. Providing highquality affordable care including primary care behavioral health services substance abuse treatment mobile crisis response communitybased services homeless outreach schoolbased treatment and more.
About this role: CMAs preferred but Adult & Child Health will cover the cost of certification if MA and needing to test for certification. Must be willing to obtain certification in first 6 months of employment. This role requires you to be able to jump in and accept the different responsibilities that are required for the assignment.
The Location and hours: A&C is based in Central Indiana. For this position we service the following counties: Marion County. Float 8 or 10 hour shifts.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Work hand in hand with provider.
- Assisting Medical provider with procedures.
- Ability to manage behavioral health and primary care needs
- New graduates welcome
- Have a working knowledge of standard lab and medical procedures such as POCT lab draws vitals perform EKGs perform wound care etc.
- Drivers License required
- CMA certified
