Summary:
Pine Tree Camps at Lynn University is an American Camp Association accredited day and overnight camp in Boca Raton Florida. Pine Tree Camps promotes growth and fun in an environment thats fully committed to the latest standards in health and safety. Pine Tree Camps offers a variety of programs for campers ages 5 to 14 ranging from traditional skillbuilding camps to sports camps overnight camps and camp counselor training programs. Essential duties and responsibilities
- Supervise a group of 15 21 campers.
- Assist with and participate in camp activities.
- Interpret safety and health regulations to his/her group such as emergency procedures to guide his/her campers in participation in group unit and campwide activities.
- Recognize and respond to opportunities for problemsolving in the group.
- Develop opportunities for interaction between campers and staff.
- Provide opportunities for the group so that each camper experiences success.
- Set a good example for campers and others including cleanliness punctuality sharing cleanup and chores sportsmanship and table manners.
- Report any concerns or issues to a coordinator.
- Follow camp rules and regulations pertaining to smoking use of alcoholic beverages and use of .
Minimum qualifications
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Have experience caring for children.
- Must be available for all 9 weeks of camp plus a week of camp training; 5/27/2025 8/1/25.
- Work Monday to Friday 35 40 hours a week
