Our client a wellestablished company specializing in expert dryer vent minisplit and HVAC duct cleaning servicesfor residential and commercial properties is hiring aField Operations Technician. Position Overview
This role starts as a handson technicianposition with the opportunity to grow into a multiplecrew managementrole. No prior vent cleaning experience is requiredjust a strong work ethic and communication skills mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn the trade.
Responsibilities
Travel to residential and commercial locations within the service areas to perform vent and duct cleaning.
Operate companyprovided equipment and van to complete jobs efficiently and safely.
Learn and implement best practices for dryer vent air duct and minisplit cleaning.
Proactively explore opportunities to crosssell complementary products and services to existing clients.
Maintain and inspect tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Communicate effectively with customers and provide toptier service.
Work independently and as part of a team to complete scheduled jobs.
Troubleshoot and solve minor mechanical and technical issues in the field.
Maintain detailed records of work completed materials used and customer interactions.
Over time take on leadership responsibilities including overseeing and managing work crews.
Requirements
Handson hardworking resourceful and eager to learn with aspirations to manage a team.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor confined spaces etc..
Comfortable with frequent travel within designated service areas.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (company van provided).
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to follow safety protocols and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Positive cando attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
Previous experience in construction maintenance HVAC plumbing or a related field is a plus but not required.
Work Schedule & Benefits
General work hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (may vary based on workload and location).
Travel required throughout service areas (company van and equipment provided).
