As an Englishspeaking Field System Administrator in Sofia you will be responsible for the deployment management and ongoing support of networked systems hardware and core IT services at client and company locations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage on cases quickly and effectively working as part of a closeknit 24/7 team.
- Monitoring streaming equipment through graphics and logs.
- Ensuring all encoders and DMs are technically functional at all tables.
- Diagnosing troubleshooting and resolving hardware software or other network and system problems and replacing defective components when necessary.
- Keeping in touch with the ISP supplier in case of internet connection dysfunctions.
- Keeping uptodate evidence of workstations: users configurations rights allocated on folders.
- Responding promptly to incidents and ensuring there are no violations regarding SLA.
- Performing data backups and disaster recovery operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to work in a newly formed team.
- Fluent in English and Bulgarian language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Resultoriented wellorganized with a proactive mindset.
HandsOn Experience
- Linux (Ubuntu) work level.
- Windows Domain Infrastructure AD Hybrid AD Policy Management DNS DHCP.
- Virtualization (VMware).
- Basic with PowerShell and/or BASH.
- LAN / WAN Networking switching routing VPNs Vlan WiFi (Cisco Ubiquiti).
- Server Hardware and Storages.
