Your development pathway:
NGHs industry leading Graduate Learning Development Program (GLDP) is designed to grow and expose graduates to thedaytodayoperations of environmental consultancy and provide real and tangible outcomes thus developing graduates into great consultants!
You will be exposed to a variety of projects and disciplines in major centres and regional locations. This will provide you with the opportunity to work with and learn from a diverse range of specialists. Onthejob training includes the delivery of environmental projects such as ecological environmental impact assessment environmental management planning and project management.
The GLDP enables graduates to operate in a supported environment and develop biodiversity skills such as flora and fauna identification report writing GIS skills legislation knowledge and consulting fundamentals such as communication networking decision making and project management. The main goal of the GLDP is to grow your skills and experience in consulting through being exposed to a diverse array of projects and both formal and informal learning.
What were looking for:
Tertiary education in related discipline.
Proven ability to prioritise and multitask accordingly.
Effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and quality of work.
Works well under pressure.
