About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Coach to empower individuals through weekly smallgroup coaching sessions. The ideal candidate has practical handson experience with creative real estate strategies and a passion for helping others achieve success in this dynamic field. This Contractor position offers an annual salary of $125 per coaching call and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of aspiring real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and Mentorship:
- Facilitate 50minute weekly virtual group coaching sessions for participants.
- Provide personalized advice actionable strategies and ongoing support tailored to individual and group needs.
- Topic Leadership:
- Educate participants on diverse creative real estate strategies including:
- Lease Options
- Wholesaling
- SubjectTo Transactions
- Seller Financing
- Fix and Flip
- House Hacking
- Digital Real Estate (leveraging online tools creating virtual properties or building income streams through digital assets).
- Real Estate Syndication
- BRRRR Strategy (Buy Rehab Rent Refinance Repeat)
- Creative Deal Structuring
- Educate participants on diverse creative real estate strategies including:
- Content Development:
- Create and update educational materials and session outlines.
- Stay informed about market trends emerging strategies and innovative approaches to real estate investing.
- Participant Engagement:
- Build a positive collaborative environment within coaching groups.
- Provide feedback encouragement and customized solutions for real estate challenges.
- Development of an Accountability System for students
Qualifications:
- Proven success and handson experience in creative real estate strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to clearly convey complex concepts.
- Passion for mentoring teaching and empowering others to succeed.
- Proficiency with virtual coaching tools and platforms such as Zoom Microsoft Suite Kajabi Calendly REIPro PropStream and Dropbox.
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules resources and participant progress.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in real estate coaching teaching or consulting.
- Familiarity with tools and strategies related to digital real estate.
