Job Description
- Financial management:Overseeing the companys financial operations including budgets cash flow and financial assets
- Financial reporting:Ensuring the company produces accurate financial statements and reports in a timely manner
- Financial strategy:Developing and implementing the companys financial strategy and making recommendations to stakeholders
- Accounting policies:Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Financial analysis:Analyzing financial data to identify risks and opportunities and developing strategies to increase profitability
- Accounting team:Managing and developing the accounting team including providing training and mentorship
- External relations:Liaising with external auditors and other financial professionals
- Financial advice:Acting as a financial advisor to senior management
- Board of directors:Providing support to the Board of Directors and shareholders
