Land Rover Hartford is seeking a qualified energetic individual for a Customer Service position in our Business Development Center (BDC) Internet Sales Department. Candidates must possess effective communication skills have a strong customer service and/or sales background and excellent organizational / computer skills. Position includes Internet lead management inbound and outbound calls and appointment booking and confirmation. Previous experience in a call center and/or automotive franchise is beneficial but not required.
Strong communication skills (phone and email) and basic computer and organizational skills are required. Having excellent internet/computer skills is imperative to the success of this position. You should be comfortable talking to customers on the phone and email with the end goal of provide a truly exception customer based experience!
Responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries on new and used Inventory.
Use Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Use all available communication channels to book sales appointments.
Maintain professional appearance and representation of the organization.
Assist with reception routing of inbound calls to the dealership during high call volume times.
Qualifications:
Must have positive outgoing personality and an eagerness to advocate our products and services.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently on daily tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to collaborate with management to regularly assess and improve processes.
Availability for full time including Saturdays.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Job type: Fulltime. Hourly wage plus commission.
