International Freight Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Managing both internal and 3PL Partners to ensure International Freight services are cost effective and efficient including meeting SLAs
Developing and implementing 12month plans based on accurate forecasting
Approving freight expenditure
Meeting monthly and annual financial plans
Influencing process improvement and change to achieve business goals
Supervising an Import/Export Planner
Skills & Qualifications
Proven track record in Import/Export Operations including managing 3PL Logistics providers
Ability to identify areas of process improvement and implement changes
Previous experience in a multinational company including with a range of international and local 3PL partners
Relevant Tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded
Experience leading and developing a small team
