The International Account Manager will manage key customer relationships and is directly responsible for the preservation of SIFCOs current customer base and identifying new opportunities to service our customers. The International Account Manager will manage customer order books act as the primarycommunication focal point and voice of the customer within the company andidentify new opportunities through building a long-term relationship.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as back up supervisor of the Account Management Department when the Sales Director is out of office. Has the desire and capability to develop into Account Management Lead in the near term.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence professionally and without error. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers clients and other employees of the organization in a professional manner utilizing proper English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages and to apply concepts of basic algebra.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram from. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit use hands and fingers handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. Must be able to walk up/down stairways without assistance.

The noise level in the work area is an office environment. There is frequent exposure to vibration. Occasional presence on the shop floor but at a safe distance from operating equipment is required.
