Location Is remote working an option

Hybrid 2 days on site (maybe 1 day if they are very strong)

They are flexible on what days they are in they only 100 need people in on the first Tuesday of the month due to having a SEND Team Meeting

Work load some people have left too.

They are going through a restructure too so cant recruit perm people only allowed to hire interims atm

Essential / Desirable Skills and Experience (any flexibility)

Essentials:

  • Be able to work in the office 2 days per week as mentioned if they are super strong they could do 1 day but I would not disclose this at the early stages unless its a deal breaker for them.
  • Need to be experienced with Primary cases/ Pre Year 8 & PFA (depending on the Team they join). Their CVS must show where they have done PFA or Early Years experience
  • Strong candidate that doesnt need too much supervision.

Desirables:

  • If they have experience in other SEND teams then great as it could be useful at later stages but this is only a desirable

  • Mentioned above in the essentials

How long have you been looking (What is the impact of not hiring why do you believe youve been unsuccessful so far what skills were missing from previous applicants Do you have any internal options)

  • For a little bit they were having poor quality come through.
  • 1 Role is a backfill and the other is a new post. Other agencies may know.
