Job Description

Job Title: IR Specialist

Location: Limpopo South Africa

Industry: Mining

Job Type: Fulltime

Hire Resolves Leading Mining Client are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Relations (IR) Specialist to join their team in Limpopo South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all industrial relations activities within the mining industry to ensure a productive and harmonious work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and coordinate the implementation of workplace grievance and disciplinary processes
  • Ensure compliance with employment relations policies
  • Address trade union matters
  • Provide guidance to Line Management on employment relations
  • Represent the company at the external labour dispute tribunals.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Bachelor Degree in Labour Law / Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management
  • 5 years experience in ER in a mining environment
  • Proven and tested record of handling workplace disputes

Benefits:

  • Salary: R1.4m R1.5m
