Wyksztacenie: Wysze w dziedzinie chemii ochrony rodowiska zarzdzania ekonomii lub pokrewnych.
Jzyki: Profesjonalna znajomo jzyka angielskiego i polskiego
Dowiadczenie: W obszarze zakupw preferowana specjalizacja w zakupach porednich.
Preferowane kwalifikacje:
- Znajomo rynku i trendw w dziedzinie zakupw oraz zdolno do analizy danych.
- Umiejtno obsugi systemw zakupowych oraz dobrych praktyk w zakupach.
- Doskonae umiejtnoci komunikacyjne i negocjacyjne.
- Odpowiedzialno dokadno i samodzielno w pracy.
- Umiejtno pracy w zespole i radzenie sobie w dynamicznym rodowisku biznesowym.
Zakres obowizkw:
- Nawizywanie i utrzymywanie kontaktw z dostawcami artykuw biurowych materiaw eksploatacyjnych i usugami zewntrznymi.
- Przygotowywanie i przeprowadzanie negocjacji oraz zawieranie umw z dostawcami.
- Odpowiedzialno za kontrol jakoci oraz terminow dostaw produktw i usug.
- Analiza rynku i trendw w celu optymalizacji zakupw.
- Wsppraca z innymi dziaami firmy w celu zapewnienia cigoci dostaw.
- Optymalizacja kosztw i negocjowanie warunkw umw.
- Monitorowanie i analiza wydatkw zwizanych z zakupami.
- Raportowanie bezporednio do kierownika dziau zakupw.
