Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams guiding and coaching the team on Scrum practices and principles.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning retrospectives and reviews.
Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the teams progress.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment encouraging open communication and transparency.
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is welldefined prioritized and understood by the team.
Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.
Promote continuous improvement and help the team to achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity.
Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering Business or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices.
Excellent facilitation communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to resolve conflicts and foster a positive team environment.
Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira Trello or Azure DevOps.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a software development environment.
Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g. Kanban Lean).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Experience with remote or distributed teams.
