Role overview:
The Scrum Master is responsible for driving efficient Agile delivery ensuring teams can build and release highquality products that positively impact learners and educators. By fostering collaboration removing blockers and optimising workflows they enable teams to deliver value consistently and predictably.
At Tes strong delivery practices go beyond meeting deadlinesthey ensure that students teachers and institutions receive reliable userfriendly and impactful digital learning solutions. The Scrum Master plays a key role in aligning teams on priorities driving continuous improvement and delivering products that enhance education accessibility engagement and outcomes.
