Key Responsibilities
Facilitation & Coaching
- Lead Scrum ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
- Coach team members on Agile principles fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Act as a servant leader to Scrum teams ensuring Agile best practices are followed.
Team Performance & Delivery
- Ensure teams meet sprint goals and deliver highquality products efficiently.
- Monitor Agile metrics and track team performance identifying areas for improvement.
- Proactively remove impediments and blockers that hinder progress.
Continuous Improvement & Agile Adoption
- Promote Agile transformation within the organization by refining Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Implement retrospective feedback to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.
- Encourage innovation experimentation and Agile maturity across teams.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the liaison between Agile teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Communicate progress risks and opportunities effectively to key decisionmakers.
- Manage expectations and create visibility around Agile project milestones.
Agile Processes & Governance
- Ensure compliance with Agile practices and customize approaches to suit team needs.
- Maintain Agile tools and artifacts for visibility transparency and continuous learning.
- Foster collaboration between crossfunctional teams to drive Agile success.
