Position Overview

We are seeking to hire a young adult responsible for the upkeep of lawn and garden at Stonewater. Stonewater is nestled in the heart of the cascades just 30 minutes from the beautiful town of Leavenworth WA. It is an ideal playground during all four seasons. The applicant is responsible to the facilities manager. The position is a part time hourly role with flexibility. You will get to use and learn valuable skills be a part of a team and work outdoors.
Reports to: Josh Steffen
Responsibilities: Help Facilities Manager with tasks & yard work
Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills:

- Time Management: Is able to plan and organize their time can meet deadlines and be prompt.
- Priority Management: Can effectively manage multiple tasks needs and projects at one time.
- Relational: Able to maintain healthy relationships with coworkers constituents and be a team player.
- Initiative/Creativity: Is a proactive selfstarter who seizes opportunities and works to achieve goals.
- Communication: Is a clear communicator verbally as well as written. Can share ideas clearly with varied audiences.
Desired Skills / Experience:
- Must be able to show up on time and manage time well
Qualifications:
- Must be 14 years old with parental permission to work outside of school hours as dictated by the school district and Washington State
Salary and Benefits:
- Pay: $14.16/hr (minimum wage in Washington State as a 14 or 15 year old)
