Job Description
- Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment for our little learners.
- Implement ageappropriate lesson plans and activities that promote developmental milestones including language skills motor skills and socialemotional growth.
- Foster positive relationships with children families and coworkers through effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide consistent routines and structure to help children feel secure and confident in their environment.
- Encourage creative exploration through art music sensory play and other handson learning experiences.
- Monitor and document each childs progress addressing individual needs and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized classroom that adheres to all health and safety guidelines.
- Guide children in learning social skills such as sharing cooperation and selfregulation.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to share updates on their childs growth and experiences.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices for early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience creativity and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring)
