About the team
The Seller Systems team owns several systems and processes that support the sales process at Stripe including opportunity management pricing contract onboarding and realization. We are looking for people with a strong background or interest in working across these domains to build successful platforms and systems. Youre comfortable dealing with many moving pieces you work effectively across teams and functions and you have exquisite attention to detail. What youll do
We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer for the Seller Systems team to build and maintain worldclass CRM systems.
- Effectively work autonomously and collaboratively to design and implement both tactical and project related deliverables
- Work closely with product managers and business partners to understand and refine requirements objectives and processes to drive strategic solutions
- Build for scale by designing holistically with a focus on flexibility and maintainability
- Ensure appropriate controls and documentation are followed to create an effective control environment
- Design and develop high quality software products in an Agile environment
Responsibilities
- Developing applications in Salesforce using Apex Lightning Web Components Javascript Web Services and APIs
- Support Salesforce Partner Relationship Management and Salesforce Communities
- Excellent analytical skills combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate effectively with management sales IT vendors and international teams
- Proven ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment resolve problems and offer impacting solutions

Minimum requirements
- 10 years of Salesforce development experience.
- 2 years of leading/mentoring teams.
- 5 years of JavaScript experience and/or Salesforce Lightning experience
- Experience implementing Salesforce Partner Relationship Management and Salesforce Communities or similar
- Salesforce Basic and Advanced Certifications (Advanced Administrator certification Advanced Developer or Platform II certification)
- Experience with data migration integrating Salesforce with other platforms/services.
- Indepth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce CRM application architecture
