Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Build highquality clean scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews Unit testing etc.)
- Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design implementation test automation and delivery of highquality product to our users.
- Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
- Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledgesharing
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
Technical: 9 years of Strong expertise in ML and fullstack development is essential to guide the technical direction and architecture. Skills required Python Javascript SQL.
System Design and Architecture: Ability to design scalable robust and efficient ML systems that integrate with the full tech stack. This includes selecting the right technologies designing infrastructure and ensuring reliability and scalability.
ProblemSolving: Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills to address complex technical challenges across both the ML and software engineering aspects.
Innovative Thinking: Continuously exploring new trends in ML AI and fullstack engineering to drive innovation and keep the team ahead of the curve.
Leadership & Communication:
- Proven experience in leading technical projects and collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
- Mentorship experience guiding junior team members in technical development and best practices.
