Working 36.5 hours per week
This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in shaping the success of the Councils legal team by supporting its operational excellence and quality standards. As the driving force behind practice management services you will oversee legal finance ICT and compliance processes while ensuring seamless service delivery. Your contributions will span audits innovation and change initiatives enabling the department to thrive and deliver superior results.
Stepping into this role you will provide proactive leadership mentoring a talented team and deputising for the Practice Manager when needed. With a focus on datadriven insights performance monitoring and process optimisation youll ensure the legal team continues to meet and exceed expectations. Youll also manage client relationships subscriptions and compliance measures ensuring alignment with best practices and safeguarding critical information. This is a role for someone passionate about driving meaningful improvements delivering impactful solutions and shaping future successes.
