You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team in Burnaby Toronto or Calgary.
You will be surrounded by a talented group of highperforming product marketers seasoned in SaaS and driven by collective success. Together you will set the bar for bestinclass marketing practices and use them to maintain our position as the leader in legal practice management.
You are a resultsdriven marketer who can craft and execute on customercentric marketing strategies that drive product adoption engagement and utilisation. You have a deep understanding of customer pain points and needs and can communicate complex products in a compelling and impactful way.
You are a selfmotivated problem solver with a high sense of ownership. You are a strategic thinker and you create marketing plans that are grounded in data. You are known for your strong communication and collaboration skills and are energised by working crossfunctionally to bring projects to completion within the projected time frame.
You lead the gotomarket (GTM) and product adoption efforts for your product portfolios. This includes positioning and messaging new feature launches internal team enablement customer/prospect lifecycle initiatives and other programs that help empower our customers to improve their operations.
Partnering with your product team counterparts to develop strategies that successfully bring new features to the market.
Enabling sales marketing support customer success and other internal teams to tell a compelling story about our product benefits.
Creating standout product messaging campaigns and strategies that differentiate Clio in the marketplace.
Building and executing tactical marketing plans that increase product and feature adoption and support retention.
Speaking to and with our customers to gain new perspectives and feedback on our products.
Collaborating with customer insights customer marketing competitive intelligence and other crossfunctional teams to develop market research.
Building experiments testing theories and sharing learnings with crossfunctional teams.
Using data customer feedback prospect understanding and market/competitive intelligence to fuel the creation testing and implementation of initiatives for your product lines.
Tracking and reporting on marketing performance and KPIs while maintaining intimate understanding of productline performance metrics.
You are experienced. You have at least 24 years of experience in product marketing.
Youre a storyteller. Whether youre training an internal team on an upcoming release or crafting a gotomarket strategy you use your strong writing skills to tell compelling stories that speak to your audience.
You have a datafirst approach. Youre adept at using analytics platforms and insights to inform your recommendations and substantiate your approaches.
Youre a strategic yet tactical thinker. You have the ability to take ideas ground them in strategy balance them against companywide implications and design effective tactical approaches.
Youre intellectually curious. You have a habit of uncovering opportunities investigating the drivers and predicting outcomes.
You are agile. Youre methodical in your approach to structuring work and prioritising as new opportunities arise.
You have a bias toward action. Youre energised by making things happen and getting things done.
Youre collaborative. You enjoy working together with your team and crossfunctionally to drive stronger outcomes.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
